Golf Eclectic Score Recording and Reporting Invite The organsiser for your club and section will provide you with a link Inviting you to sign up for the section and the current competition e.g. St Andrew's Seniors Summer 2025 Please enter your name and an Auth Code - a 4 character code that you can easily remember which will give you access to the rest of the Competition. Once you have done this you are taken to the "Home" screen. The first time you access this PLEASE save the webpage address as a favourite, it contains your Unique Identtifier. Enter your Auth Code and you are then taken to the Competition Page Competition Page You will be shown a menu. The Menu will change depeanding upon what you are doing. There is a Menu button specific to your action and some general ones. You will see one of two buttons specific to you either Record Round X or Completed Recording Round X Below the menu you will see your current Eclectic Card and your current scores for each hole (at the start of the comp all scores default to 20) After you have played a qualifying round click on the Record Round X Record Round X When you click this button the page will refresh and the menu will change to Completed Recording Round X and you will see the score card now has 18 Score X buttons. You only need to record improved scores for a round. So if you have scored a 4 on Hole 7 click Score 7 The Page refreshes again Now below the menu you will see Hole 7 Replacing 20 (or your current score) There are now 8 buttons below which with be green or orange in colour. Green indicates an improved score option. Orange shows reduced score option. IMPORTANT the Orange options are there if you mistakenly recorded a lower score than you achieved. Click the score you wish to record and the screen refreshes and will show the new score for the Hole(s). The page refreshes and your new score is shown. When you have finished recording changed scores click Completed Recording Round X When you play your next round come back to the site. Scores Not Improved When you play a round but do not have any better scores you should come back to the site and click Record Round X followed by Completed Recording Round X. This just keeps a record of rounds played.
