Volunteer Drivers Overview The system is a web-based solution that allows Patients to request journeys, or handled by a Coordinator Drivers to volunteer A Coordinator to control and manage mileage and contributions Why Choose Team Scheduler – Patient Transport System? This system was developed to replace a cumbersome email based solution, where requests were added to a spreadsheet. This was sent to several drivers who replied by email as to which journey, they could do, often resulting in “double ups”. Also eliminating considerable phone calls. This was time consuming and difficult to manage with the constant flow of emails and phone calls, average 3 per journey! Our system solves these issues.
